Start of Season Staff SUP

We’ve been very busy unloading and unpacking our shiny new kit here in Greece! So we thought that with the sun shining and the sea warming up, it would be rude not to test run it. This week we tried out our brand new Red Paddle inflatable paddle boards.

 

As a team we took to the water on a beautiful, flat-calm evening to do a bit of staff training on our SUP Fitness sessions. These are 45 minutes long and are suitable for all fitness levels. They’re a combination of paddle sprints and traditional workout exercises such as planks, press ups and leg raises…all on the water! This means that your core is worked that bit harder, producing a highly effective workout.

 

The great thing about our fitness sessions is that anyone can join in. All of the exercises are taken at your own speed, so you don’t need to worry about being ‘left behind’. Simply do what you can, with one of our staff providing the motivation to push yourself. You can see the fun we had!
